Elizabeth Durrence Named Chief Operating Officer at Kendall Regional Medical Center

Kendall Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Elizabeth "Liz" Durrence as Chief Operating Officer of Kendall Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Durrence most recently was Chief Operating Officer at Palmyra Medical Center in Albany, Georgia. Mrs. Durrence also previously worked at Ocala Health System in Ocala, Florida, an HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) affiliate.
"Liz is a great addition to our leadership team. Her experience and operational knowledge will be a great asset as we continue to enhance the services we offer to our community" said Scott Cihak, Chief Executive Officer.
Mrs. Durrence has a Master's of Health Administration, a Master's of Business Administration, and a Bachelor's of Science in Health Administration from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Mrs. Durrence has been involved serving in various community and civic organizations, including the American Heart Association, Rotary Club, American Red Cross, and the United Way.
Liz and her husband Michael reside in Doral.
