Scott A. Cihak Named CEO at Kendall Regional Medical Center

Miami, FL - HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) East Florida Division is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott A. Cihak as Chief Executive Officer of Kendall Regional Medical Center. Prior to joining Kendall Regional Medical Center he was Chief Executive Officer of Columbia Hospital in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Joseph, President of HCA’s East Florida Division, of which Kendall Regional Medical Center is an affiliate. “Scott’s tenure of more than 20 years in our company across Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties will be a great asset as he moves into his new role and Kendall Regional moves toward Trauma Center status.”
Mr. Cihak earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Services Administration, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University in Miami. He is the Education Program Chair of the South Florida Healthcare Executive Forum and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Scott Cihak and his wife, Janice, are the parents of two children, Meagan and Zachary, ages 19 and 17. They reside in Coral Springs.
