Ingredients and Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425˚F.
- Combine crème fraiche and sweet pepper relish in a small bowl.
- Spread oil onto an oven-safe baking dish and then place fish, skin side down, in the dish.
- Sprinkle fish with salt, and then spread the sauce over the fish.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
